McWilliams, located in the wine region of New South Wales in Australia, has a history of more than 130 years of wine making and has now become one of the best-rewarded wineries well known in Australia.

McWilliams Winery is owned by the McWilliam family and was founded in 1877. Over the past 130 years, the wholehearted dedication and unconditional dedication of the family members have allowed the winery to go through one beautiful and difficult moment after another. The awards won by the winemakers of the winery are beyond the reach of other Australian winemakers. They produce high-quality, full-flavored, and deep-flavored grape fine wines year after year, becoming a part of the outstanding achievements of the Australian wine brewing industry. The success achieved by the winery is by no means achieved overnight, on the contrary, it is earned through long-term efforts, persistence, motivation, innovation, and passion.

The winemaking concept of McWilliams Winery to produce the highest-quality wine as much as possible has long penetrated into everyone's blood. When seeing people enjoying the labor results that they have irrigated with hard sweat, the winery will feel very proud. In 2013, the winery welcomed its 100th anniversary celebration. The Mount Pleasant series is a brand under the winery. Its Mount Pleasant winery is located on the hillside of the Brokenback Range mountains in Hunter Valley and was founded by the legendary winemaker Maurice O'Shea in 1921. The cooperation between McWilliams Winery and Mount Pleasant Winery began in 1932, when McWilliams Winery acquired half of the shares of the winery. Until 1941, McWilliams Winery acquired the entire Mount Pleasant Winery, and the chief winemaker, Maurice O'Shea, still served as the winemaker of the winery and continued to give full play to his ingenuity to make wine. He brought complex blending techniques and oak barrel processing techniques to the wine making of the winery, and the wine made was highly praised for its rich flavor, uniqueness, and the characteristic of having greater aging potential.

McWilliams Winery produces a variety of wines, including Chardonnay, Riesling, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Merlot-Shiraz blends of wines, such as Select Series Fruity White, Select Series Chardonnay 2009, Select Series Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2009, Select Series Cabernet Merlot 2008 and Select Series Shiraz Merlot 2008, etc. In addition, it also produces sparkling wines such as Select Series Brut Reserve.
