Terroir: Foxes often go to the vineyards of the winery to seek shelter in order to avoid the extreme weather of 'Huentala Li'. They are crafty, decisive, and full of wildness, just like this local terroir. The average altitude is 1,350 meters. It has clay and gravel soil naturally formed by alluviation, with a depth of about 0.7-1 meter, and has good drainage. The east-west oriented hillside ensures sufficient sunlight. The larger daily temperature difference and ideal microclimate create a full-bodied wine body.
Brewing: Harvest was carried out in April 2018. 8 ℃ cold maceration for 24 hours, fermentation at a controlled temperature between 24 ℃ - 28 ℃ for 9 days, post-fermentation maceration at a controlled temperature of 21 ℃ for 3-7 days, and 100% natural malolactic fermentation in a state of nature.
Wine review: This 'Fox Malbec' produced in the Uco Valley has excellent freshness and amazing wine body structure. The color is deep purple, filled with the aroma of black fruits and grapefruit. Round tannins, pleasant acidity. The aftertaste has a rich mineral sense at the finish.
