Terroir: The average altitude is 1,350 meters. It has clay and gravel soil naturally formed by alluviation, with a depth of about 0.7-1 meter, and has good drainage. The east-west oriented hillside ensures sufficient sunlight. The larger daily temperature difference and ideal microclimate create a full-bodied wine body.
Brewing: Harvested in April every year. 4 days of 12 ℃ cold maceration, 12 days of controlled temperature fermentation at 26 ℃ - 28 ℃, 8 days of post-fermentation maceration. 100% natural malolactic fermentation in a state of nature. 10 months of new oak barrel aging and 12 months of bottle aging.
Wine review: Deep purple, with a gemstone red halo. Rich black berry aroma, blackberries, plums, and orange peel. In the mouth, the cream, vanilla, and mature fruit flavors brought by French oak barrels interact and blend. The finish is soft and coordinated, with a perfect balance of acidity and freshness.
